Nurse’s job satisfaction and organization’s innovation propensity: organizational climate in Italy

Abstract: The concept of job satisfaction positively correlates with many areas investigated by the organizational climate. We focused on nurses’ perception towards job satisfaction, as it is relevant regarding nursing care delivery’s quality, which is directly linked to patients’ safety.
