Nurse Preceptors’ Experiences of an Online Strength-Based Nursing Course in Clinical Teaching

Abstract: Background: Online educational programs for nurse preceptors have been created based on various theoretical frameworks; however, no programs using a Strengths-Based Nursing (SBN) approach could be located.
