Nurse-Driven Assessment, Prevention, and Management of Delirium on an Acute Inpatient Neurology Unit

Abstract: Background: Delirium commonly affects hospitalized patients and is associated with increased hospital length of stay, discharge to skilled care, cost, morbidity, and mortality.
