Abstract:The holometabolous metamorphosis inDrosophilais governed by neuropeptide hormone signaling, culminating in the surge of 20-hydroxyecdysone levels and ecdysone receptor signaling. Nucleoporins (Nups) form nuclear pore complexes, influencing nucleocytoplasmic transport, cell division, and gene regulation.
