Abstract:The article proposes a mathematical model of water shut-off in a homogeneous and heterogeneous composite horizontal reservoir during the process of two-phase and three-component filtration of fluids with the consideration of capillary phenomena, residual resistance factor, and depth of the water shut-off agent penetration.
