Numerical simulation of the effect of electrode insertion depth on melting process of self‐supporting lining electric furnace

Abstract: This research is on the melting process of slag in noninner lining furnaces. In this electric furnace, slag is solidified into the lining of the inner wall during the melting process by means of water cooling of the outer wall. It is a self-supporting lining electric furnace.
