Numerical simulation of magnetization in PMA films

Abstract: Numerical methods in the MuMAX3 software are used to calculate both the saturation fields and the resonance spectra of magnetization for a thin magnetic plate with perpendicular magnetic anisotropy. The optimal parameters for modeling autoresonance processes in yttrium iron garnet films are determined. The role of surface anisotropy and dipole-dipole interaction in modeling of static and dynamic magnetization in YIG film is discussed.
