Abstract: Electron cyclotron resonance (ECR) neutralizer is a key component of Electron Cyclotron Resonance Ion Thruster(ECRIT) with 10 cm diameter, which plays an important role in maintaining the spacecraft potential balance and neutralizing the ions in the plume region.
