Numerical simulation of magnetic field effect in hemodynamic flow in left coronary artery obstructed before the bifurcation
Abstract:In this work, we present the dynamic study of the blood in the left coronary artery which presents an obstruction before the bifurcation. To further the study we carried out the study on three percentages of type I obstruction (25%, 50% and 75%) and an external magnetic field was applied to the artery to examine its effect on velocity and pressure contours for a comparison of the results.
