Numerical research of lubricant flow behaviors in rolling-slider bearing under the microscopic scale

Abstract: In order to reveal the fluid flow behaviors of rolling-slider bearing under the microscopic scale, a full-basin fluid-solid coupling model with different slider shapes is established by CFD and multiple mesh technology. The flow trajectory of fluid is monitored by a slip mesh model, and the dynamics performance is also compared. A reasonable model of rolling-slider bearing is derived.
