Numerical modelling of sluice gates with different sill types under submerged flow conditions

Abstract: A B S T R A C T ComputationalFluid Dynamics (CFDs) analyze software package programs recently gained a high importance in hydraulic engineering. The present study investigates how different sills will affect in terms of flow dynamics. In the study, velocity contours and velocity magnitudes for each sill shapes are investigated.
