Numerical Investigation of Turbulent Premixed Combustion of Methane / Air in Low Swirl Burner under Elevated Pressures and Temperatures

Abstract: Turbulent combustion modeling of lean premixed methane/air gas mixture in a low swirl burner is carried out using Large Eddy Simulation (LES). The operating conditions of the experiment as well as simulation are carried out at elevated pressure and temperature.
