Abstract: Wind turbine blades that undergo pitch-oscillating motion exhibit dynamic stall behavior, deteriorating their aerodynamic performance. In this regard, dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) plasma actuators are promising tools for controlling flow by inducing momentum jet flow.
