Numerical investigation of pseudospark discharged electron beam and propagation for W-band radiation

Abstract: A micro-klystron is one kind of compact device which can generate high power Terahertz radiation to meet the requirements of fast growing applications in Terahertz technology. The device needs a very thin electron beam with high energy to drive the beam-wave interaction. Pseudospark discharged electron beam has demonstrated its ability to provide a high current density in a small diameter (< 0.2mm) for a W-Band micro-klystron.
