Numerical investigation of copper oxide-based heterojunction solar cells

Abstract: wxAMPS (analysis of microelectronic and photonic structures) software numerical modeling was applied to explore the effects of metal oxide semiconductors on the photovoltaic (PV) properties of solar cells.
