Abstract: Resumen Este artículo explora nuevos mecanismos mediante los cuales los países pueden mejorar su conexión con redes globales de innovación, más allá de los mecanismos tradicionales para absorber tecnología extranjera como el comercio internacional y la inversión extranjera directa.
