“…Zn is also one of the most popular transition elements, but few investigation have focused on the structure, mechanical properties and thermal properties of the Zn modified TiAl 3 . Raman and Schubert [15] synthesized Ti 25 Al 66 Zn 9 alloy by sintering pure Al, Zn and Ti powders and obtained a mixture of D0 22 and L1 2 phases.
