Abstract:Biomolecules play a vital role in the regulation of biomineralization. However, the characteristics of practical nucleation domains are still sketchy. Herein, the effects of the representative biomolecular sequence and conformations on calcium phosphate (Ca-P) nucleation and mineralization are investigated.
