Nuclear magnetic resonance studies of the helix-coil transition of poly (dA-dT) in aqueous solution.

Abstract: The well-resolved base and sugar proton resonances in the high resolution proton nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectra of poly (dA-dT) Arnott and coworkers (1) have recently extended the early studies of Davies and Baldwin (2) on the x-ray diffraction patterns from oriented, crystalline fibers of poly(dA-dT).
