Nowe trendy w branży browarniczej. Piwa funkcjonalne – surowcowe i technologiczne aspekty ich otrzymywania

Abstract: Piwo jest popularnym i najbardziej preferowanym napojem alkoholowym wśród konsumentów na świecie. W Polsce jego roczne spożycie w przeliczeniu na 1 mieszkańca wynosi blisko 100 litrów, dzięki czemu nasz kraj znajduje się w gronie światowych liderów w tym zakresie. Na przestrzeni ostatnich dwudziestu lat postrzeganie piwa uległo znacznemu przeorientowaniu.
