Novozym 40086 was used as a novel biocatalyst to improve benzyl cinnamate synthesis.

“…Wang et al [ 9 ], used 30 mg.mL −1 of Lipozyme TL IM lipase, solvent isooctane, and the same molar ratio and temperature reported by Zhang et al [ 18 ] during 24 h of reaction.
