Novel surgical treatment and gastric pathology in diabetic gastroparesis

Abstract: Satisfactory relief of intractable vomiting from diabetic gastroparesis was achieved by a novel radical surgical procedure. Histopathological findings suggest that gastromyopathy may contribute to the production of this syndrome.
