Abstract: Reticulate acropigmentation of Kitamura (RAPK) is a rare genetic hyperpigmentation disorder that is a member of the dyschromatoses characterized by hyperpigmented macules or papules that may interrupt the dermatoglyphics with extra-dermatological manifestations.
