Novel Potential Binding Sites for Selective Inhibitor Design of Human Soluble Epoxide Hydrolase

Abstract: Human soluble epoxide hydrolase (hsEH) has been known to be involved in the hydrolysis of epoxyeicosatrienoic acids (EETs), which are anti-inflammatory and cardioprotective signalling molecules.
