Novel Non-Viral Vectors Based on Pluronic® F68PEI with Application in Oncology Field

Abstract: Copolymers composed of low-molecular-weight polyethylenimine (PEI) and amphiphilic Pluronics® are safe and efficient non-viral vectors for pDNA transfection.
