Novel Methods for Efficient Realization of Logic Functions Using Switching Lattices

Abstract: Two-dimensional switching lattices including four-terminal switches are introduced as alternative structures to realize logic functions, aiming to outperform the designs consisting of one-dimensional two-terminal switches.
