Novel Method of Carbon Precursor Masking to Generate Controlled Perforations in a Carbon Film

Abstract: A patterned carbon film was produced from Linear Low-Density Polyethylene (LLDPE) by the implementation of a novel method named Chemical Masking Perforation (CMP).
