Novel genes expressed in the chick otocyst during development: Identification using differential display of RNA

Abstract: Differential display of mRNA is a technique that enables the researcher to compare genes expressed in two or more different tissues or in the same tissue or cell under different conditions. The method is based on polymerase chain reaction amplification and comparison of specific subsets of mRNA. We have used this method to clone partial complementary DNAs (cDNAs; amplicons) for genes expressed in the otocyst in order to identify genes that may be involved in development of the inner ear. A full length cDNA was… Show more

“…In this research, we found that the acetylated JADE2 protein was involved in spliceosome and Fatty acid elongation pathway; BHLHB9, plays an important function in the control of cellular aging and survival, its simple name was p60TRP and its expression will benefit for cardiovascular functions (Mishra et al, 2012). In this research, its acelytation was benefit for cell survival or mRNA surveillance pathway; SP3 was one kind of transcription factor, which modulated the transcription activity of some genes (Xu et al, 2017), its acelytation was involved in cell survival; SMAP, one kind of small acidic protein, its function was not clearly in animals (Gong et al, 1997), but in plants, SMAP is very important for young plant growth and development (Oono and Nakasone, 2013). SECISBP2L was one figment of Selenoproteins.…”
