Abstract:Abstract-The existing telecommunication standard hypothetically cater up the user's demands at the cost of short delay, power drainage, not so standard throughput. We reviewed the existing literatures of bit loading and power allocation to find more inclination towards 3G and 4G-based enabling technologies (OFDM-Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) and less towards 5G-based enabling technologies (e.g. FBMC-Filter Bank Multiple Carrier) almost no work is done towards 5G network.
