Abstract:In order to intensify the foam drainage and improve the enrichment ratio of recombinant β-glucosidase, a new foam separation equipment with a hollow octagonal prismoid with sieve tray (HOPST) was designed to separate recombinant β-glucosidase (GLEGB) from fermentation broth.
