Abstract: Animal-derived anti-IgG secondary antibodies are currently employed to stain and screen of human monoclonal antibody(mAb)-producing cells, but using animal-derived antibodies may raise the concerns of high cost, complicated operations and biological safety issues in biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
