Novel and Optimal Luma Modification-Based Chroma Downsampling for Bayer Color Filter Array Images

Abstract: The Bayer color filter array (CFA) pattern has been widely used in modern digital color cameras, and the captured image is called the Bayer CFA image I Bayer.
