Abstract:Penelitian uji kelayakan instalasi listrik rumah tangga dibuat untuk mengetahui kelayakan instalasi listrik tegangan rendah daya 900 VA umur 20 tahun di Kecamatan Tarano. Komponen yang diteliti dalam uji kelayakan instalasi listrik rumah tangga meliputi perlengkapan, peralatan instalasi listrik, pengaman instalasi listrik yang di lihat dari kondisi fisiknya, meliputi ukuran dan jenis penampang yang digunakan, isolasi penghantar dan pembumian. Potential accidents can occur at any time, including educational activities at a university. Twenty-four cases of accidents at universities in Indonesia, in the form of collapsing building components and fires, have been recorded in the last decade. There is a need for colleges to be ready to implement a Construction Safety Management System in the buildings where educational activities take place. There are two aspects to construction safety in public buildings: the engineering aspect and the aspect of safety management and occupational health. This research aims to assess and analyse the readiness to apply construction safety in a building with large occupancy. The research method uses a case study of a building in the civil engineering department of a university in Indonesia. Data collection comprised field surveys, semi-structured interviews and the collection of drawings and documents regarding the management of occupational safety and health in 2020-2021. The results show that the site studied was mediocre, in terms of implementing a construction safety management system. Although the physical condition of the building is good, other indicators, such as building documents and the application of occupational health and safety, fall into the ‘lack of application’ category.

Listrik memegang peranan terpenting pada kehidupan masyarakat sehari-hari seperti penerangan,produksi dan lain-lain. Untuk digunakan kegiatan sehari-hari pada kegiatan masyarakat maka diperlukan pemasangan dan penyambungan instalasi listrik 1 phase dengan baik dan benar sesuai dengan PUIL. Para siswa SMK Warga Surakarta saat ini belum memahami dan mengerti tentang proses pemasangan dan penyambungan instalasi listrik tegangan 220 volt untuk rumah tinggal. Hal ini disebabkan para siswa SMK Warga belum pernah mendapatkan pelajaran instalasi listrik tegangan rendah disekolahnya. Sehingga Team dari Program Studi Teknik Elektronika D3 Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Warga Surakarta melakukan kegiatan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat berupa pelatihan kepada siswa-siswi SMK Warga Surakarta. Tujuan dari kegiatan trainner instalasi listrik kepada para siswa SMK Warga Surakarta untuk mentransfer ilmu pengetahuan dan ketrampilan tentang pemasangan instalasi listrik teganggan 220 volts yang benar dan aman untuk rumah tinggal. Trainner instalasi listrik untuk Siswa-siswi SMK Warga Surakarta dilakukan mulai tanggal 18 Juli sampai dengan 20 Juli 2022 di laboratorium Rangkaian Listrik, Prodi Elektronika, Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Warga Surakarta. Metode pelatihan dilakukan dengan kegiatan Pre-Test, pemaparan materi instalasi listrik yang benar, pelatihan pemasangan dan penyambungan isntalasi listrik, dan Post-test. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan semangat antusaiasme peserta dalam pelatihan yang cukup tinggi, dilihat dari tugas yang dapat diselesaikan dengan benar. Pemahaman tentang instalasi listrik yang tepat dari peserta secara umum mengalami peningkatan sebesar 85%, dengan standar kelulusan 70.
