Notched Behaviors of Carbon Fiber-Reinforced Epoxy Matrix Composite Laminates: Predictions and Experiments

Abstract: This paper experimentally studied the influence of the notch shape and size on the damage evolution and failure strength (tension and torsion) of carbon fiber-reinforced epoxy matrix (CFRP) laminates.
