‘Not why but how’ – Involving users of learning disability services in recruiting clinical psychologists: A recruitment learning curve

Abstract: This article describes how service users with learning disabilities were offered the opportunity to take part in interviewing clinical psychologists. The experience was felt to have achieved a meaningful model of involvement, with lessons being learned in an evolving process.
