‘Not why but how’ – Involving users of learning disability services in recruiting clinical psychologists: A recruitment learning curve

Abstract

This article describes how service users with learning disabilities were offered the opportunity to take part in interviewing clinical psychologists. The experience was felt to have achieved a meaningful model of involvement, with lessons being learned in an evolving process.
