Not Just a Linear Closure: Aesthetic Flat Closure after Mastectomy

Abstract: Summary: Currently, there is an increasing trend in women seeking aesthetic flat closure after mastectomy. To date, there is no plastic surgery literature on specific techniques to achieve an aesthetic flat closure after mastectomy.
