Abstract:A 42-year-old man presented with a 10-year history of a lesion on the left side of his scrotum. It had rapidly increased in size, causing discomfort in walking, owing to itch, pain and inflammation from associated friction. Physical examination demonstrated a well-circumscribed, erythematous, fleshy, pedunculated nodule, 16 mm in size, on the left side of the patient's scrotum (Fig. 1). There was no evidence of lymphadenopathy.
