Abstract:In the modern world, glaucoma is one of the main causes of irreversible vision loss. Normal tension glaucoma (NTG) constitutes the major proportion of POAG, which is common in Asian populations. NTG is a disease resulted from the interaction of multiple genetic risk factors.
