Norditerpenoid Alkaloids from the Aerial Parts of Aconitum cochleareWoroschin

Abstract: From the aerial parts of Aconitum cochleare Woroschin, two new norditerpenoid alkaloids named aconitilearine (1) and N‐deethylmethyllycaconitine (2) were isolated along with the eight known norditerpenoid alkaloids 3–10. The structures for the new compounds were established on the basis of 1H, 13C, DEPT, homonuclear 1H,1H‐COSY, NOESY, HSQC, and HMBC NMR studies.

“…52,71 Aconitilearine (94) contains a C-19 hydroxyl group. 74 Geniculine (99) represents the first example of the occurrence of a p-hydroxybenzoyloxy group in the diterpenoid alkaloids. 77 Atropurpursine ( 103) is a rare aconitine-type alkaloid with 2b,3a-dihydroxyl groups.…”

“…In addition, five known compounds are also isolated and identified: N ‐deethylmethyllycaconitine ( 2 ), [16] 14‐deacetylnudicauline ( 3 ), [17] delbrunine ( 4 ), [18] delectinine ( 5 ) [19] and delsoline ( 6 ) [20] . Their structures are elucidated by comparing 1 H‐ and 13 C‐NMR data with those reported in the literature.…”
