Nonvolatile Field-Programmable Gate Array Using a Standard-Cell-Based Design Flow

Abstract: A nonvolatile field-programmable gate array (NV-FPGA), where the circuit-configuration information still remains without power supply, offers a powerful solution against the standby power issue.
