Nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs for cancer pain: comparison between misoprostol and ranitidine in prevention of upper gastrointestinal damage.

Abstract: Misoprostol was significantly more effective than ranitidine in the prevention of gastroduodenal lesions in cancer patients receiving diclofenac.
