Nonlocal Elasticity for Nanostructures: A Review of Recent Achievements

Abstract: Recent developments in modeling and analysis of nanostructures are illustrated and discussed in this paper. Starting with the early theories of nonlocal elastic continua, a thorough investigation of continuum nano-mechanics is provided.
