Nonlinear Dynamics of Silicon Nanowire Resonator Considering Nonlocal Effect

Abstract: In this work, nonlinear dynamics of silicon nanowire resonator considering nonlocal effect has been investigated. For the first time, dynamical parameters (e.g., resonant frequency, Duffing coefficient, and the damping ratio) that directly influence the nonlinear dynamics of the nanostructure have been derived. Subsequently, by calculating their response with the varied nonlocal coefficient, it is unveiled that the nonlocal effect makes more obvious impacts at the starting range (from zero to a small value), w… Show more

“…The obtained Pd NPs show the smallest sizes among metallic nanoparticles stabilized by solid support materials, especially the common MOFs reported to date. [34][35][36][37] On the basis of transmission electron microscopy (TEM) analysis, ultra-small Pd NPs were well dispersed into the cavities of ZIF-8. The process for the fabrication of Pd NPs@NHC@ZIF-8 nanocomposite is described in Scheme 1.…”

“…[121] Although some reported Zr-MOFs exhibit less stability in basic aqueous solutions, they are stable in water, organic solvents and even in acidic aqueous solution due to the strong coordination bonds of Zr(IV) ions and carboxylate ligands. Zr-MOFs have been utilized in many fields, including photocatalysis, [122] detection, [123] molecule adsorption and separation, [124] drug delivery, [125] hydrogen storage, [126] and recently significant efforts have been devoted to exploit the application of Zr-MOFs in the electrocatalysis field. Some research results of Zr-MOFs and their composites for electrocatalysis involved in this review are exhibited in Table 2.…”

“…For example, Jin et al synthesized Pd/UiO-66 composite to enhance the photocatalytic efficiency for hydrogen production. [122] In addition, Yang et al successfully incorporated [Ru(dcbpy)(bpy) 2 ] 2 + and Pt (dcbpy)Cl 2 into a Zr-MOF (UiO-67) in 2018, which possesses highly active and recyclable catalysis performance for HER. [141] In recent years, a variety of metal sulfides (MS/MS 2 , in which M can be Co, Ni, W and Mo) have been researched to display promising catalytic ability for hydrogen evolution.…”

“…The nonlinearity includes the geometric and material nonlinearity [12][13][14][15][16]. There are a lot of researches on the nanobeam's smallscale effect [17][18][19][20][21]. However, the researchers have rarely paid attention to the material nonlinearity of nanobeams [22].…”
