Nonlinear Analysis of Statically Indeterminate Wooden Structures and Optimization of Cross Section Dimensions of Dome Ribs

Abstract: The analysis of the behaviour of natural structures of laminated wood domes and the numerous preliminary calculations have shown the possibility of saving materials by reducing the height of cross sections of meridional ribs.
