Abstract:ObjectivesRhinoscleroma is classically described as a chronic granulomatous disease caused by Klebsiella rhinoscleromatis which primarily affects the nose and nasopharynx. When present, tracheal manifestations will be seen late in the disease course rather than on initial presentation.
