Non-Traumatic Spontaneous Splenic Rupture: A Rare Initial Presentation of Chronic Myeloid Leukaemia

Abstract: Chronic myeloid leukaemia (CML) is a myeloproliferative disorder, usually asymptomatic and diagnosed incidentally with an elevated WBC counts on a routine laboratory tests.
