Non-standard forms of employment and working time flexibility – the categories of co-occurrence?

Abstract: Th e article is to present two categories of work fl exibility, i.e. fl exibility of employment forms and working time fl exibility in their mutual relations. Th e review of subject literature is supported by the results of empirical studies conducted among 397 workers employed at 49 enterprises in Poland.
