Abstract:Oxidative stress induced by physical activity has received much attention in recent years due to numerous research papers. Physical activities (aerobic, anaerobic and resistance training) lead to an increased production of highly oxidative substances (RONS, both oxygen and nitrogen containing radicals) and this effect depends mainly on the intensity of muscular work.
