Non-Fragile Robust H∞ Filtering of Takagi-Sugeno Fuzzy Networked Control Systems with Sensor Failures

Abstract: The fault-tolerant robust non-fragile H∞ filtering problem for networked control systems with sensor failures is studied in this paper. The Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy model which can appropriate any nonlinear systems is employed. Based on the model, a filter which can maintain stability and H∞ performance level under the influence of gain perturbation of the filter and sensor failures is designed. Moreover, the gain matrix of sensor failures is converted into a dynamic interval to expand the range of allowed failures… Show more

“…In this section, we will offer two theorems to exhibit the main results of the adaptive event-triggered control NCSs subject to deception attacks. Theorem 1: For known λ n , λ m , matrix K, γ and scalars δ ∈ (0, 1], φ ≥ 0, ≥ 1, h > 0, the system (11) attains stable in mean square if there are symmetric matrices…”

“…The authors in [5] study the real-time continuous zero-moment point pattern generation for a humanoid robot on basis of capture point. From the point of view of control theory, different problems of NCSs have been considered and discussed, such as robust stability [6]- [10], filter design [11], [15] and state estimator design [12]. Multitudinous scholars devote themselves into the researches of NCSs and lot of achievements are available [13], [14], [17].…”

“…To mention some of the existing proposals in the literature, in [ 18 ] the authors tackle imperfect transmission between the system and the controller through a mode-dependent stochastic measurement fading model. The fault-tolerant robust non-fragile filtering problem for networked control systems with sensor failures is studied in [ 19 ]. Finally, vehicle motion sensors failure is detected and recovered in [ 20 ], where the authors show that the fault detection and restoration algorithm can satisfy the control performance for each sensor failure.…”

“…However, it is non-trivial to apply the linear system-based results to control the Euler-Lagrange systems. Difficulties include not only Euler-Lagrange systems themselves are nonlinear but also they might involve different kinds of nonlinearities [ 20 , 21 ]. Please note that actuators have been regarded as an essential unit in the control systems.…”
