Abstract:Crowding is the most common dental case worldwide. This case report describes the diagnosis and management of a 20-year-old woman with severe crowding, deep bite, and midline shifting. The severe crowding was treated comprehensively and successfully corrected using fixed orthodontic appliances and without extraction, only interproximal reduction (IPR).
